Kapters specializes in Korean jewelry and press-on nails. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all products are non-returnable.
Replacement is applicable only in cases where the product received is damaged or defective. No returns or replacements will be accepted for any other reason.Customers must notify us of any damaged or defective product within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via email. The replacement request must include the order ID, clear images or videos of the damaged product, and an unboxing video as proof.
Replacement requests without sufficient evidence will not be approved.Once the replacement request is verified and approved, a replacement of the same product will be shipped to the customer.
