Kapters does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our policy strictly allows replacement only in the case of damaged or defective products.

 

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product selection, size or design preference issues, minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences, or delays caused by courier partners.
