At Kapters allows order cancellations only under limited conditions. Customers may request cancellation of their order only before the order has been shipped.

 

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Due to the nature of our products, which include Korean jewelry and press-on nails, cancellations are strictly not accepted after shipping.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible via email at kapoor.daughters4@gmail.com with their order ID. Cancellation requests received after the order has been shipped will not be entertained.

 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refusal to accept delivery without prior cancellation may be recorded and may result in future COD restrictions.

 

At Kapters reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the customer will be informed accordingly.
