Kapters will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if applicable, are added at checkout. Kapters reserves the right to change product prices or shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

Kapters accepts payments through UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. Kapters does not store any customer payment information.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all products sold by Kapters are non-returnable. Replacement is applicable only in cases where the product received is damaged or defective. Customers must report such issues within 7 days of delivery along with proper proof, including clear images or videos and an unboxing video. Replacement requests without valid proof will not be entertained.

Kapters does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only replacement of the same product is provided if the damage claim is verified and approved by our team.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and the estimated delivery timeline is 5–7 business days. Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond the control of Kapters, and we shall not be held liable for such delays.
